The time is almost here for the Home Front launch. Im sad that i cant go pick mine up Midnight tonight but i will get it first thing tuesday morning.
This game dont look like all the other war games out there this games looks like its going to be the best a elite game if i say so myself. This game hasnt even been released yet and there is already some chatter going around about a sequel possibley happening. THQ has said that HomeFront has already stacked up more pre ordered copies then in any other game in the companys history.
I have 2 copies on pre order one at gamestop for all the extra in game stuff they offer with the game and one at BestBuy For the THQ red headset that comes with the game.

Well, the game had been out now for a couple weeks and I have been playing it. Talking with some of the online players in game chat, most people are saying they love this game.

I on the other hand am not really that impressed. Maybe I would have feel in love with it if there were not the server issues right from the start. Last I played a couple days ago, they still exist. Basically if you don't have the game and are thinking of getting it. Don't do it to play with friends. For whatever reason, you can not get into matches with your friends. Actually I should be fair and say this mostly happens in "Team Death Match" but if you do get in a match with your friends, it is likely the server will split up your party and put you on different teams. I just have a problem with team based games that will not allow you to play as a team with your friends. Out almost a month now and still no update to correct this problem. Starting to think THQ is silently saying, "F$@K You, we already have your money".

The story mode is actually pretty good and has a good story, but it seemed kind of short and didn't take much time to complete.

Bottom line from where I stand, before you drop $60 on this game rent it first and see if it is for you... JMHO
