Xbox 360 Clans

OK, Bulletstorm is out and many of us hard core Gears fans have now played it. According to some stats I have been seeing say EA has sold a few copies, Bulletstorm has held in the top 10 sales in retail stores.

I for one never intended on getting it but understand many of you who did found out real fast the Gears 3 Beta is not working yet. So, did you get Bullet storm for the Beta or do you really like the game. Let's hear some opinions.

I got it for the beta ONLY and was pretty pissed off when i found out that the beta wasnt able to be played untill later on down the road. i feel like i was tricked into buying Bulletstorm.
Bulletstorm is an ok game tho. I dont play it to much but when i do i have a little bit of fun with it it's not a game i would have ran out and bought tho except for the fact that i was tricked into buying it ..

That's kinda funny, well not if you spent money and are not happy but... If you pre-order gears 3 can you not then get the Beta on a separate disk for free? Not sure but thought I heard this someplace.

Yeah i got a text the other day telling me that i could get the beta for reserveing gears of war three but i did not that at the time of buying bulltstorm.

That kinda sucks Bobby, but I watched the campaign over youtube and it was an ok game. The video parts I guess you call em where it goes into like a clip about what happened or something, the speech and gameplay just went slow, it was ridiculous. So I dont know if that was the game or whoever posted the videos but I thought they could have done a better job. One thing that I thought was kind of dumb was that within the first 30 minutes of gameplay only Ishi and yourself are left. That to me was a little odd, and the Part Ishi Part Robot was kind of a steal off of terminator. All in all, it was a new concept to play with and I enjoyed it, but you're right , unless I was tricked into buying it I wouldn't have rushed to the store to get it either.

Tricked is exactly what i was and i dont think it was very fair that they used the gears of war 3 beta to trick me into buying it. Hey what can i do about it now they used a good selling strategy and i was one of the fools that fell for it.
